This non smoking apartment is very close to the fairground, approx 5 min. by tram that leaves in front of the house. Modern, elegant, best suited for 2-3 people. The minimum stay during fairs is 6 nights, the other time it is 2-3 nights.

We came to Düsseldorf for a fair in Messe exhibition center The appartement is very clean and cozy There is everyhing you need It is very close to the fair and in a just two minutes walk from the U line
The house was very comfortable and clean , very well located- easy to reach the centre or the messe. The size of all rooms, kitchen or bathrooms were very convenient. Susanne was absolutely very kind and helpful . Overall, our stay was perfect

Damages in the flat and worst guests ever. It is absolutely not true that the flat was not too clean - we always get the feedback that the flat is more than clean. Also the internet is always stable - no other guest has ever complained about the WLAN. Chloe and her family was – I hate to say it, but it is true – the worst guests we ever had. From the beginning, Chloe fired questions at me – although the answers were all given in the flat description on Airbnb. Other questions refers to things that a personal assistent would have done for her – but not me as the landlord. For example, she asked me about a Kindergarten for her son for the week they stayed at our flat, she asked me how to dry wet clothing, where to put the kitchen waste, etc. She called me almost every day while I was in business meetings because she does not know how to handle a washing machine, where to put the garbabe and so on – things that are all written in our guest manual that was lying on the kitchen table. But she doesn´t take a look at it. Furthermore, the conversation with her was quite hard because she speaks English only rudimentary. Examples of questions: 1) Could we use telephone to call your number? (Answer: Yes, it was written in the guest manual, but Chloe did not read it at all) 2) Where could I find another green garbage bag ? (Answers: In the kitchen drawers, she would have just to pull the drawers to find it) 3) Where could I find the clothing hanger ? (Answer: In the closets, she should have looked in into the 3 closets in the sleeping room, but did not do it) 4) There's a clothing inside the machine, where should I put them ? ( I did not understand the question at all) 5) I've just swept the room, how to clean and hang the dirty clothing? (On the laundry rack, I explained her where to find it but she did not look for it and so she did not find it. My husband had to go to the flat and get it for her). 6) The screw of Kitchen window has fall down, we may need your help. Sorry (she did not handle the window carefully so a screw fall off.) 7) How to dry our wet clothing ? (Use the laundry rack) 8) Where to put the kitchen waste ? (Answer: It is written in the guest manual) 9) Which Preisstufe by U-Hahn is to hbf ? Kurzstrecke1,60 € or 2,70 € (The information card on each and every station and the costs for a tour explains this) 10) Do you have the WiFi inside the hause? (Answer: Yes, Chloe, it is written in the Airbnb description. Who would rent a fair apartment without offering internet?) Then she mentioned on the last day of her stay, calling me in the evening, that the internet does not work – well, it worked properly, but she was able to switch off the fuse so the electricity for the internet dropped down – I really don´t know how she did this. BUT THE WORST IS, that she damaged our designer leather sofa and won´t pay for the damage. We are not able to fix it, there are wholes in the leather, maybe her small son hopped up and down and the leather teared apart. When I confronted her with the images of the damaged sofa and the invoice, she refused to pay for the damage. Everybody has an insurance for that, but she obviously wants US to pay HER damage. I guess we will need to sue Chloe Chu for this. I hope that no other landlord must make these experience with a guest like Chloe.
