Thank you for choosing us. We are grateful.
I am pretty sure I informed you when you asked that we don't provide beach stuff as it disappears and we have to make security claims and don't like to do that. When our family uses that apartment we bring the extra beachy things we need because, this isn't a hotel, it is our second home that we are sharing.
As far as my communication with you...this is find pretty astounding. I am available for my guests ... you can look in the other reviews and there has never been a comment about me not being available or not responding. My apologies for a 48 hour response time. Not sure why that happened. Just to let you know, I can't depend upon the front desk to communicate with my guests upon booking. They don't have any information about guests except who is checking in and out. Your relationship starts when you meet them in person, or if you contact the resort. Everything you want to know is available in the information on this site including how to check in during the day and night and the codes to do so and my phone number. The concierge desk is there for our (owners) convenience and we share it with our guests. Our ladies at the Concierge are pretty fantastic and work very hard to make everyone's experience smooth. I also state, in the listing here, that I am as communicative as my guests want to be. If your chatty I'll be chatty, but if one wants to be left alone then I honor that.
Thank you for reporting the noise issue next to the window in the guest room. We could consider replacing that window so that it is an impact window ( seems kind of weird since it is inside) it will insulate against sound.
Thank you so much for your candid observations and we will address every one of them.
Next time I hope you can find a private home that has a beach within 75 feet, a heated pools, spa, and a restaurant on the pier out front (that has great bloody marys, btw) , a walking/bike path, Starbucks on the corner and super amenities within walking, biking and public transportation distance, where you can house the whole family (up to 7) and have a fully appointed kitchen to feed them, for 200 bucks a night in high season.
