Villa de Thomasis is an ancient villa dating back to the 14th century situated in Lucca surroundings. The villa is situated on a hill side facing south and offers splendid views over the landscape, that you can enjoy from the pool.

Outside Lucca you can take a ride around the Garfagnana and Lunigiana. There you can discover hidden corners of the valley which offer entirely different aspects to the change of the seasons: the footpath, landscape, woods, colours every time will be for you a new emotion. You’ll find on the road the Ponte del Diavolo (Devil’s bridge): it crosses the Serchio river in Borgo a Mozzano. It will be a nice place where take some nice photos.
On the top of the hill of Matraia (Pizzorne) there is a quiet and cool place where you can relax.
