We welcome both short and long term guests. The apartment is in a tree lined street very close to the city. Wayville is a residential suburb with two shopping strips with fabulous cafes and restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished and has a well stocked kitchen, washing machine, dryer, large LCD TV in the living room, ADSL2+ wifi, reverse cycle heating and cooling and ceiling fans in every room. It's bright and airy and both bedrooms have a queen size bed, quality bedlinen and bedside lamps. The main bedroom has hanging space, drawers and shelves for guests to use. The third bedroom is an office with a desk, chair and printer if you need it.
Whether you're here for a few month's work or a few day's play, the business centre of the city is a pleasant half hour walk from our front door. We have fresh food markets, casual cafes, fine dining, pubs, wine bars, funky shops, an historic cinema, the Adelaide Showgrounds and the world famous Adelaide Parklands five minutes away. The seaside resort of Glenelg is only a 20 minute tram ride. (More information about transport options is in the House Book we provide to all guests.)
In Spring you'll walk in a purple wonderland. In Summer you can enjoy a picnic on our extensive lawns or head to the beach - we've got fold-up chairs, picnic rugs, cooler bags, beach towels ready for you. In Autumn, you can enjoy an easy 25 minute drive to the colourful and vibrant Hills townships. In Winter you can tuck up in a cosy neighbourhood cafe as you plan your visits to Adelaide's many museums and galleries.
All year round you can enjoy sunny mornings on the east facing balcony and sunsets on the south-west facing balcony accompanied by the sounds of local birds (including the resident kookaburras!).
If we can't meet you, the keys will be available for you to collect on site. Guests will have access to all rooms and both balconies, the wifi, all kitchen and laundry facilities, all garden areas (including the herb garden), picnicking gear and a shared undercover bicycle storage area. Ask us about secure bicycle parking.

When we can we'll welcome you. After that, we'll leave you to enjoy your stay in Adelaide's garden circle. (But help is only a few minutes away if you need it.) If you want more information about bicycling or motorcycling (especially in the nearby Adelaide Hills), we can help.

The apartment is on the first floor and does not have an elevator or dishwasher.
Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the grounds. Guests are expected to be considerate of the neighbours when they enter and leave the building. Noise levels need to reduce by 10pm please.
The apartment will be clean and tidy when you arrive. We expect you to leave it as you found it so we don't charge a cleaning fee.
