I live right upstairs if you need anything, and I'm always available, but once you check in you'll have the place to yourself.
Communication is the key, let me know what type of schedule you are going to be keeping and I'll be as accommodating as I can. I live here with my two dogs and my baker girlfriend in the floors above this apartment. I am happy to have guests bring their pets, but require an extra $25 deposit per pet for the additional work cleaning after your stay. Once you're checked in you're free to come and go as you please, and use the shared laundry or hang out in the back yard by the koi pond. If you have any questions please ask, We love this place and think you will too...
