Be right in the middle of all that's happening in Over The Rhine. Walking distance to everything in downtown. This simple, tiny, and bright street-side studio apartment is a totally cute crash pad for the intrepid urban explorer.

Please note: We are putting our building up for sale and are showing it to prospective buyers. We may ask to gain access to this apartment during the day for showings, but will strive to give you 24hrs notice.

This studio apartment in a newly-renovated 150-year-old building with shower and kitchen is in a great location for urban exploration. Right on the street-side of a bustling downtown neighborhood. Family-friendly listing because we're a friendly family.

PARRRRRRKING: Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood but the best, closest, covered, and secure parking is at Mercer garage, less than a block from the apartment.

Check out our other property:

You get to stay in a totally private apartment with well-lit, shared hallway entrance. Security cameras and secure, coded doors on all exterior entrances. You'll receive a private door code upon booking confirmation.

We (Levi, Heather, and four young kiddos) live in the building, and we're excited to get to know you and share what we love about our city. We want to hear your story, but we also respect your privacy. The building is our home, and when you stay here, it's yours.

The urban core is the heart of a city, and we love being in the middle of it all. There is an amazing amount of energy in the neighborhood of Over The Rhine, not to mention a renaissance among local makers, artists, breweries, and restaurants. This is an up-and-coming neighborhood that is still in development.

Like any urban environment, there are some dark streets that are sometimes unfriendly, please always use wisdom and good judgement when walking around.

See your favorite indie rock band at the newly renovated Woodward Theater, the neighborhood favorite MOTR Pub, or The Drinkery. Dress up all classy like and attend a Symphony performance at the historic Cincinnati Music Hall or a ballet performance at the Aronoff Center.

Jump on a rentable bike and go a few blocks up to Rhinegeist brewery and stop by Findley Market to shop the selection of local meats, cheeses, bread, and spices.

Visit the myriad of amazing restaurants and bars literally around the corner, in what can only be described as Cincinnati's "Foodie Scene." You'll be staying seconds away from some of the highest-rated establishments in Cincy.

The apartment is mere blocks from downtown and The Aronoff Center, Taft Theater, Carew Tower, Fountain Square, and P&G, Kroger, and GE headquarters.

A ride up the hill, and you're in the middle of the University of Cincinnati's campus.

A short bus, bike, or cab ride to a Reds or Bengals game, and the brand spankin' new riverfront parks.

This is the perfect walkable base camp. 2 blocks to Washington Park and Music Hall. 1/2 block to all the great restaurants on Vine Street. 1 block from the bars and venues on Main Street. 7 blocks to the Aronoff Center, 8 blocks to Fountain Square, and 9 blocks to P&G's global headquarters. Only a 20-minute walk to the riverfront attractions including the new Smale Park, the baseball park, football stadium, and US Bank Arena only 12 blocks away.

Aside from walking and using the RedBike bicycle share, Lyft and Uber are recommended for this area, and there is a ZipCar spot one block from the apartment.

You can jump on Cincinnati's new bike share right around the corner, and there are plenty of bus stops into downtown along Walnut Street, Vine Street, and Race Street. Your cheapest route from the airport is the 2X with a transfer to the 46 once you're in downtown.

The apartment is located on the street-side of the 3-apartment building, on a busy street, so on a weekend night, it can get kinda rowdy. But we have a white noise machine and ear plugs to help block it out. It should be noted that our family lives above it, there is another Airbnb rental apartment on the same floor, and below the apartment is a small leather goods workshop. I know. Super cute, right?

We offer laundry service at a small additional charge ($3 per load).

The bathroom is really very petite. It's been noted by guests, and it's worth mentioning here. Hashtag: apartment life.

Also, 1215 Wine Bar & Coffee Lab (right around the corner) has live jazz on Thursday nights. Consider yourself informed.

Talon säännöt
Tupakointi kielletty
Ei sovi lemmikkieläimille
Ei juhlia eikä tapahtumia
Sisäänkirjautuminen klo 16:00 jälkeen.

Keep all entry doors locked, and please be mindful of noise in the common hallway.
And while we're on the topic of noise, all loud noises in the building should be quieted by 11pm, pretty please.
Don't flush weird stuff down the toilet (that would be anything besides the supplied toilet paper).
Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment.
And please no smoking right outside the apartment- do so away from the building- and throw away your butts, please. (Apartments that smell like smoke will be charged for additional cleaning.)
Um, that's pretty much it.
Have fun.
Go on adventures.
Don't wait until it's too late to let the people in your life know that you love them.
Never throw water on a grease fire.
Okay, yeah, that's it.

My husband and I have dreamed and schemed and worked our butts off to purchase, renovate and live in our small building in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. We are really proud of our neighborhood, city and community.
We love the local food scene as well as activities like hiking/walking many of our amazing nearby parks, touring our museums, Zoo and visiting nearby Comic Conventions.
Staying with us would be all about enjoying Cincinnati from it's most historic neighborhood, in a cozy apartment we've prepared just for you, in the building we also call home.
Our young family is always excited to introduce new friends to Cincinnati.
