If seclusion is what you're looking for, you've found the right place! Our desert seclusion retreat is located on 30 acres with spectacular views of the mountains and stars. Ananda means Bliss in Sanskrit. Here you'll tap into true peace and quiet.
Everything is brand new in this fully remodeled home. It has been set up with your comfort in mind - from the Hot tub to the DreamFoam mattresses and pillows in every bedroom.
*Master bedroom has it's own bathroom, entrance and queen size mattress.
*Bedroom #1 (Ganesha's Bunk Room) has 4 twin mattresses.
*Bedroom #2 (Saraswati's Oasis) has a queen mattress.
*Living Room (Shiva's Den) has 2 double futons that can be used as additional beds.
This space is meant for seclusion, meditation, and yoga practice. If you'd like a place to party, this is definitely not it.
You'll have complete privacy and full access to the entire house and 30 acres. Please don't disturb our neighbors - don't worry, they are FAR away!
Keep in mind that the yard is not fenced and there are wild animals occasionally that may come around so keep an eye on any pets or small children.

We come to the property once a week for our own seclusion time but will not be there during your stay. Please call or text if you have any questions or concerns. Ron, who takes care of our hot tub and hauls the trash comes on Thursday mornings.

We intentionally do not have a TV at the Ananda Desert Retreat in hopes that you can unplug from some outer stimulation and go inside to tap into the Joy of your soul.

Absolutely No alcohol, drugs, or smoking of any kind. Please honor this rule as we try to keep a very high vibration for the property and all guests who come to stay here.
If you would, please consider removing your shoes upon entering the house.
Please shower before entering the hot tub.
Also, please remove the sheets from the bed(s) you use and place them on the floor so we don't wash linens unnecessarily. Thank you!
My husband and I lead a meditation and yoga community in Los Angeles called Ananda. We purchased a property in Twentynine Palms in order to be able to get out of the city and enjoy the peace and serenity of the desert as well as to share it with others.
