They say that first impressions are everything, and that was the case here.. Bring your own BYO everything. Including cleaning staff, repair person, maintenance staff, shoveler. This place is well lived in. Worn. Nice tv, and gadgets, but comfort? Ouch ouch.

Be sure to take note of anything wrong with anything in the house as this host will want u to pay for things even when they are due to standard ware and tare. Other than that Larry was great and let us keep to ourselves on a month long stay.

Felt right at home, very comfortabale place with easy access and close to about anything you would need. Close to freeway access and about any food type place you could need. This was a good place to stay while on business in Denver. You can not go wrong with this place!

Larrys place was very comfortable and he made it easy to access. It has parking and all the comfort of home. We loved the cozy place he offered and would come back anytime. We were in town for a business tradeshow and this place put us in a comfortable setting to do a great job. …
