If you're driving please note that this is the closest beach from Managua, only 60km. The road from Managua toward the beach was recently rebuilt and is in perfect condition for 44km, then you take a 13km dirt road to El Tránsito town and 3 additional km to the property. The dirt road is in decent shape most of the year although it could get muddy in the rainy season (May through November). The last 500m are a bit challenging: mostly natural slate stone. Four-wheel drive vehicle recommended.
Friends and family have often commented that my beach house is a piece of paradise exuding positive energy. A perfect place to relax.
There is no trash collection; guests must place organic and inorganic (everything else) waste in separate containers (provided). When you leave please make sure the place is clean and tidy. I don't charge a cleaning fee. I depend on your cooperation to keep it like that.
I love the beach and the mountains. Ayahual is my place in El Tránsito that I'm sharing through Airbnb. I built the main house ten years ago. Come and enjoy a piece of paradise.
