The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Situé à 5 min de la sortie d'autoroute Avignon Nord aux portes du Lubéron notre demeure bénéficie de proximités attrayantes. En effet Avignon centre se situe à 12 min en voiture (5min avec la navette ferroviaire), 10 min des parcs de loisirs Spirou et Wave. Visitez dans un rayon de 30 km tout ce qui fait l'attractivité de notre région (Gordes, les baux de Provence, le pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, le Mont Ventoux, fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine et les innombrables, villages touristiques)

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Gîte in the heart of the Boucarut vineyard

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
