Fabienne ist jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.. Das Häuschen ist in einer (eigentlich) ruhigen Gegend, allerdings sind derzeit gegenüber mehrere Baustellen was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat... die Terasse ist wunderbar windgeschützt und gemütlich zu sitzen.. wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (13/11) dort und hatten ausreichend Platz zum Schlafen, Essen und Wohnen... wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

The kitchen is fully equipped so that we were able to do our own cooking - the cupboard is already stocked with cooking essentials such as spices and olive oil. Wifi, TV, everything is there and is in top condition. It can sometimes feel awkward to stay in "other people's home" so I appreciated that this is an annex to Fabienne and her family's house that is only used for guests, not for the family itself. Really a great place that we highly recommend.

Cons: It's little far from Zurich and the drive to the place is tricky as its on the mountain. Almost took an hour to get here from Zurich and Interlakenhoheweg is also 1.5 hrs. One of the beds is not very comfy and Internet was very lousy as we could barely connect.

Awesome Panoramic view of the lake from the house. His house is having swimming pool(it was free to use), sauna facility(pay little extra and use unlimited), very neatly maintained farm around the home. He also showed his living house, it was fabulous. overall highly recommended to stay.

Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié jouer sur le trampoline dans le jardin. La cuisine complètement équipée fût est un plus bien utile. Je recommande cet hébergement pour un séjour dans la région de Lucerne dont le centre-ville n'est qu'à 30 minutes en voiture. Admirer le Pilate depuis la terrasse pendant le coucher de soleil était la cerise sur le gâteau.

First off let me start with the fact that Ronny drove to Lenzburg just to give us a ride to his apartment from the train station! That there is service! Not only did he drive us but he showed us around the small town of Birrwil and where to eat! We got to his apartment and he carried my backpack up all of the stairs and we got to the top! The apartment is great! Absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! He also made us coffee "German Style" or East German is what his roommate calls it and it was delicious! Along with some cookies which I am hoping to find to bring home while we are in Switzerland!! It has amazing views, nice hot shower and such a comfortable bed and fast Wifi which has been very helpful for allowing us to plan our next part of our trip! Ronny is a great host, so friendly and welcoming and goes out of his way to make your stay the best it can be! :) if I am ever back in Switzerland I would definitely stay here again!

We have had a good relaxing time, between Christmas and new year. The appartment was spacious, clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The environment is nice for walking, also directly from the house. Markus is a very friendly owner, and will help you out if you need anything. A good place to stay if you want to be near Luzern but not directly in the city.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Check in hat super geklappt. Die Raumlichkeiten sind gross und sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ansprechend, neu. Die Kuche komplet eingerichtet. Inkl.Kaffe, Tee und Softgetranke und Wein. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, mit ein paar Tieren z.B. Schafe, Kaninchen,Huner, Pferde....die aber nicht storen, im Gegenteil. Internet hat einbahnfrei funktioniert. Karin und Markus waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist. Alles andere ist da, egal ob für das Frühstück oder zum Kochen. Diese Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well equipped with access to a beautiful patio and garden area. The property is new and on a new housing development site which has been tastefully built - the neighbours seem very friendly too! A substantial breakfast is provided and tweaked to your requirements. Little touches like fresh flowers and herbs from the garden and fresh eggs from Linda's hens were just one example of the care that you will receive from Linda and her family. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and although I was on a training retreat and didn't get to see much of the area it is stunningly beautiful with plenty to see and do.

When I arrived earlier than planned and with visiting friends, Brigitte offered coffee and recommended a local playground for the kids. She was a wonderful first host. The room was perfect and had everything I could need: a lovely view, snacks, coffeemaker, small fridge, internet, sink, and dishes.

Her place is in a beautiful area of Switzerland centrally located in the northern area. It's about 1 hr drive to Zurich and Basel. Lucerne is only a 30 minute drive. Great value.

Stacey und This sind sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr gute fünf Wochen in Seengen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit einer gelungenen Mischung aus modern und rustikal eingerichtet. Einen Kleiderschrank mehr wäre super. Die Mitbenutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner ist hilfreich. Positiv ist, dass es eine Photovoltaikanlage für die Stromproduktion hat. Die Dachterrasse ist genial und die Aussicht fantastisch. Es ist schön ruhig im Quartier und an die Kirchenglocken gewöhnt man sich schnell. Es hat sogar eine eigene Garage für das Auto. Der See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nahe und auch zu den Autobahnen kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien, es hat einen Spielplatz gleich in der Überbauung und es ist nicht weit ins Dorf, wo es auch Spielplätze und den nahen See gibt. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann und die Gastgeber sind super nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Der Ausblick aus der Stube oder der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend, man will gar nicht mehr weg! Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Seengen und freuen uns auch die Gastgeber wieder zu sehen.

As soon as we arrived they show us in a Seengen map where to find the main shops, restaurants, pharmacies and some places to visit around. The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, towels, linen, barbecue in the terrace, kitchen, frigde, parking space) and it has amazing views to the lake and town. We really recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, green and quiet environment. Seengen is well connected by road to other cities and lovely towns (It takes 45 min to get Zurich). Stacey and This are great host and their house is very confortable, clean and well mainteined; as well you will have your own space and independence to enjoy your holiday. I hope you enjoy your stay with them as much as we did it :)
