We are 300 ft from Patricia Bay (Pat Bay for locals), with beautiful sand beaches at low tide. Great walking trail along the edge, warmest water in the area in this bay. If you SUP, this is a nice sheltered area to explore our coastline from.

Street is filled with clothing shops, essentials, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas, banks etc. You can find everything you need (almost) in Sidney, only 15 minutes from our home.

The local Sidney Cinema is a throw back to what theatres used to be like. Inexpensive, gets the new releases, lots of fun to sit and have a movie on a rainy afternoon. Gets busy though.

You can rent Kayaks or Stand Up Paddle Boards. They have SUP yoga classes and tours. If you want to be on the water to explore the beautiful Brentwood Bay and Saanich Inlet, this is the way to go on a sunny day.
