This is Anchorage's newest Starbucks so it is not as busy and it is near Target and Cabela's. There is also a Starbucks located inside Target but it is not a corporate Starbucks.

A huge park within 10 minute drive from the apartment and it includes picnicking, miles of multi-use trails, groomed ski trails, lakes, Cook Inlet views, lakes, wildlife and Tony Knowles Coastal Trail.

There is a parking area ($5) and a short walk to Beautiful panoramic views of the city, mountains, and inlet. Several easier trails and the more difficult trail to the top of Flattop for the more adventurous. Bathroom, too.

There is a parking area ($5) and a short walk to Beautiful panoramic views of the city, mountains, and inlet. Several easier trails and the more difficult trail to the top of Flattop for the more adventurous. Bathroom, too.
The most scenic train ride is from Anchorage to Seward which is a very popular destination. There is a shorter train loop as well that is very scenic.
