Although much of the Harbour has been turned into a marina, fishing still goes on. You can see fishermen mending their nets and lobster pots ready to be thrown into the sea. You can also take a ferry to Brownsea Island (National Trust) and see red squirrels and peacocks in the wild as well as Baden Powell's very first Scout Camp. There are also amazing views from viewpoints around the coast.
