ride bikes or walk down parts of the 13 mile path that follows the Tennessee River. Start from Walnut St Bridge, Riverfront parkway or Bluff View art district (lots of easy places to access the walk)..There is a great coffee place in the art district, Rembrandt's. Have lunch or dinner right off the walk at The Boathouse restaurant.

Warner Park has a fun playground which is about 1 mile from us. It is located to the left of Chattanooga Zoo.
Pumpkin Patch which is located on Signal Mountian is a super large, fun and shaded playground-made of all wood.
If looking for water options, there are fountains kids can play in at Coolidge Park which is near Walnut Street Bridge. There is also a carousel. Can't ride the carousel wet, just fyi. The fountains typically turn on mid May. Water steps & water "creeks" are around TN Aquarium. Water steps are to the right of the Aquarium near Market St bridge.
