This beautiful property is located near Downtown St. Paul, in the West 7th- Fort Road neighborhood. This area is the oldest commercial area in Minnesota. Its development begin in 1800’s, an ideal place between the emerging city of St. Paul and Fort Snelling. Throughout its lifetime the neighborhood has remained a nice working class area, with many nice options for bars, restaurants and entertainment. Personally I hold West 7th street near and dear to my heart because many generations of my family have lived and worked in the area. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
