Charlie's Restaurant

Two blocks west- a three minute walk. Newly remodeled, great friendly staff (Charlie and his daughter Maria are almost always there), very reasonably priced comfort food in a cozy diner setting. Perfect for breakfast, open 7 am to 9 pm (but check.)
