One of my favourite castles! It's big, it's historic and the Caernarfon town is full of small stone streets with beautiful shops. Highly recommended. The people of Caernarfon are very polite, unique and Welsh.

Well worth a walk around the lake. It's around 10 miles in all - don't forget to visit the tasty cafe for a slice of cake!!! Or more like a door wedge size....they are very tasty.
