BJ's is great for your everyday basic groceries. It also features some great Indian style spices. The only down side is BJ's does not have any meat, so you will have to shop at the local No Frills or other larger chain grocery store if your looking for chicken or steak.

Victoria's is great for good organic meat. Victorias also has a great selection of great bread and fruit. It is a little pricey, but that is to be expected for an organic food shop in Toronto.
