Wednesday has a local farmers market with a wine garden and music. There is also a bus stop at the north exit of the traffic loop and can be used to access the Island. Not just tropical fish, but sea turtles as well as a resident monk seal and an occasional view of dolphin and migrate whale off the shore. Start the day with an early morning jog or walk to a wonderful sunset in the east that rises up from the mountains with a breath taking sunset in the evening to the finale of a incredible dark sky night where the stars illuminate the crystal clear water. Restrooms, water fountain, adult and children beverages and oh yeah...shave ice. Aloha!
