I love Kitchen in the Desert because its located 2 minutes from the house! It's a great little secret spot in the area. Open everyday 11-7pm. The burgers and jerk chicken are delicious! Be ready to wait a little while for your food, it's a tiny cozy spot with one chef!

Tucked away near the Oasis of Mara is the 29 Palms Inn Restaurant. This is the place to go if you want a good flat iron steak or pasta, they prepare their dishes with herbs and vegetables from their local garden. Live music 7 days a week with local musicians. It's a nice place to go with the family or for a nice sit down restaurant experience. They also have a relaxed bar seating if you want to go check out the live music. Feel good vibes all around. Oh and it's walking distance from the house!

Cruise at sunset through all of the magic Joshua Tree has to offer. Please pack water and stay on marked trails! Drive through at night to see the most epic starry skies the high desert has to offer.
