Leave no trace ordinance.

Navarre Beach operates a Leave No Trace Ordinance, requiring beachgoers to remove all their items leaving the beach clear from dusk till dawn in order to remove dangerous obstacles to nesting and hatching sea turtles. If you dig any holes in the sand, please fill them in before leaving the beach. The sea turtles can get stuck in them and cannot get out on their own.
