Dog Beaches
The following beaches are dog friendly at all times.
Bamaluz is a small tidal beach located between the Harbour and Porthgwidden, which allows dog access all year round, as well as Lambeth Walk just behind the lifeboat station.
Dogs are banned between 10am and 6pm 1st July to 31st August on Porthminster, Porthgwidden and the Harbour Beach.
On St Ives Blue Flag beaches, Porthmeor and Carbis Bay the restrictions span a little longer, from 15 May to 30 September between 10am and 6pm.
For the ultimate walk for owner and dog, head out of town along the coastal path and have the view virtually to yourself. There are many quiet inland woods and rivers that you can enjoy with your four-legged friend.
