A visit to Flowerpot Island is a great way to spend a day on the Bruce Peninsula. If you take one of the Glass Bottom Tours (we recommend Blue Heron Co. ) you will also go over the shipwrecks in Big tub harbour before heading out to the Island. Famous rock formations, a wonderful beach, easy relaxed hikiing, and stunning views.

Tobermory has a rich maritime past as well as being a unique area in terms of it's natural geology. The Centre has great exhibits that cover many of the interesting facets of this beautiful place.

Well stocked grocery store with almost any item you would find in a bigger centre. Can be busy in the summer and parking is sometimes full in the harbour so you may have to walk a bit with your groceries. Plan to go early in the day or make multiple trips if you have a lot to buy.

The only underwater National Park in Canada! Tobermory has some of the most interesting and accessible shipwrecks anywhere and divers come here from everywhere to explore them. Not a diver? There are amazing glass bottom tours that take you right over the wrecks!
