The Harvester is an intimate venue space located 20 or so miles from here in Rocky Mount Virginia that has attracted the likes of Willie Nelson, Dawes, Charlie Daniels Band, Lyle Lovett, Kris Kristofferson, the Indigo Girls and many more. Seeing a favorite performer at this venue is a precious opportunity due to the hall's size which allows live music enthusiasts an up close and personal experience unlike anywhere else.

Our children's museum is in the format of a small-scale version of our city. Kiddos can enjoy playing in indoor tree houses, climbing walls, a digging pit and trying their hands at various careers.
