We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.

We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
