Tucked against a wooded background is this peaceful and cozy one bedroom home. Relax on the covered back porch for early morning coffee, spend an evening around the fire pit, or walk to the covered fishing dock to try your hand at fishing. Home has one bedroom with a full sized bed, and two sleeper sofas in the living room. Host family lives in the main house on property. There is ample parking, including space for your boat. Nestled on a lake with public boat ramp but just 15 minutes from town.

Laundry with supplies. All new furniture including mattresses and bedding. Can accommodate more guests just inquire after booking.

We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

It is located in the historic village of New Franklin, three miles from Boonville, 25 from Columbia and two blocks from the Katy Trail. Casey's General Store is open until 11:30 nightly. Our kitchen is stocked with ample food for a light evening meal and substantial breakfast.
