Front garden, free private parking. Enjoy the welcome pack with food/drink etc to get you started. 1.8 miles to the beach, 1.2 miles to the town centre, close to pubs, bars & restaurants. There’s so much here to see and do. We really want you to enjoy your stay & all that Exmouth & the surrounding areas have to offer.

You need your own towels Our caravan is refurbished, equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Too small for more than 4 adults, perfect for families. Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

The sea is just at the end of the road, the town and station are a ten minute walk away, and there is street parking outside.

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
