This beautiful house is set in the heart of the Costa Brava which has some of the most Beautiful beaches in the world. The house provides a great base for three to four families. The 10mx5m swimming pool with waterfall adds to the excitement for a summer family holiday. The house is loosely set up into three areas all of which have their own living room and kitchen. the house is in a quite residential area among pine and cork trees. The house is very private with lots of free parking.

We are on the Costa Brava on an elevation with incredible panoramic view of the sea. 5 'by car to the beach of Playa de Aro, a very fun city with lots of nightlife. Girona airport half an hour. Girona, with its culture and gastronomy at 35 '. Nearby, other cities such as Sant Feliu, Calonge, Palamós and 30 'Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Tamariu and Llafranc.
