Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
