This cozy rustic A frame cabin, boasts 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom and a spacious living area. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking a breeze. Outside you'll find a bonfire pit and a charcoal grill. Directly across the road is the Lincoln Hills trail system which connects to thousands of acres of scenic trails. Home features open floor plan with living room fireplace, modern kitchen, additional family room, three season room, all with great views of the river. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Three season room also has a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests during the spring, summer, and fall. This home is great for a romantic get away, family vacation, or outdoor adventures.

Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
