Op nog geen 4 minuten lopen van het heerlijke strand Zuid met de hipste strandtenten! Een knus en sfeervol appartement voorzien van alle luxe en romantisch slapen op de vide maakt het bijzonder en uniek. Op een toplocatie gelegen dichtbij de watertoren zodat je nooit kunt verdwalen :-) Wandelen en fietsen in de duinen op nog geen 8 minuten afstand, een absolute aanrader. Racefan? On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Even weg van huis maar het voelt als thuiskomen in deze gezellige omgeving. Natuurlijk is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het gezellige centrum van Made is op loopafstand te bereiken. Je vindt er sfeervolle terrassen en restaurantjes en ook de supermarkt is dichtbij.

In the middle of the historic center of Delft is our monumental building located. In the attic this spacious studio is fully furnished. A private bathroom and kitchen are provided. Please note!! You have to climb 3 steep stairs to get to your apartment. We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases. Because of this it is not suitable for people who have difficulties walking.
