Discover the modern yet rustic ambiance of our wooden cottage "Borkenkäfer" in Tannheim! From the cozy sofa corner to the spacious bedroom and the fully equipped bathroom with fluffy towels, we've thought of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.
