Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines!

Sunset View Ranch 5-Bedroom House

If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Huge 1920s era house in the heart of Perry. Just a few block from downtown, this house is so much larger than it appears. It is newly renovated with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It has a formal dining room, big kitchen with seating around an island plus a table that seats 6, cozy living room, and sun room. The lot next door is also owned by us and a great place for kids to play. The home is also available for special occasions such as parties and bridal/baby showers.

The Rookery Cottage - Access scenic hiking trails

This rustic cottage is a quiet retreat in the heart of the Middle Raccoon River Valley. Situated on a private acreage within Whiterock Conservancy, guests can easily access 40mi+ of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, float the nearby river, or enjoy dark sky viewing. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.
