The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.
