Dispone de un acogedor dormitorio con una confortable cama doble de gran tamaño, cuarto de baño, un salón-comedor a modo de loft con un sofá cama doble y una mesa de comedor, además de una cocina completamente equipada con: nevera, microondas, todo tipo de pequeño electrodoméstico, cafetera "Dolce Gusto", hervidor de agua, tostadora, y un completo de menaje. Armario de limpieza completo, plancha y tabla de planchar. El apartamento dispone de WiFi de alta velocidad, climatización (frío/calor) de gran calidad y silenciosa, televisor Smart-TV, disponiendo también de radiadores, a su disposición como complemento para el invierno. El apartamento se entrega con juegos de toallas, sábanas, secador de pelo y amenidades para todos sus inquilinos y completamente preparado para su uso. Si te quedas más tiempo puedes organizar el servicio de habitación (30 euros, incluye limpieza y cambio de ropa). Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago. As a result, there has been occasional, intermittent building noise during weekday daytime hours only (typically between 8am and 3pm, which is the permitted timeframe). It’s not constant, and the level and duration vary, but so far it has been brief and infrequent, and the works are not expected to continue for long. We don’t anticipate this having a significant impact on your stay, but we felt it was fair to keep you informed though this situation is unfortunately outside our control.
