☀Fun Flamingo: Beachfront/Quiet Retreat/Best Views

The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Spring Creek Getaway

No Pets! In the first photo, both homes are ours—the right side is our oyster operation, Forgotten Bay Oysters, and the left is where you’ll be staying. We’re sometimes nearby but often out on the water, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. Spring Creek is home to some of the largest underwater springs, with spring boils you can kayak to. It’s also great for flats fishing. Enjoy local restaurants along the water, some with live music. There are also biking trails that lead to nearby springs 😉

Inshore Getaway, Next to Beach & Boat Ramp!

Take it Easy at our Tranquil Coastal Getaway, only a 40 minute drive from Downtown Tallahassee – Bring your Rods, SUP, Kayaks, and Moor your Boat at our Private Dock with a Boat Ramp just across the street! The Beach is just a 2 minute walk away if you’re looking for a lazy day floating around or a night out hooking up to Redfish! Listen as the Ospreys fly by with their catch or view a Manatee in the Canal out back. Before bed you can enjoy Milky Way skies and maybe even spot a Shooting Star!

Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.
