Angkor Wat Sunrise Experience
Pickup from your hotel at 4:30 am by minivan to get the ticket on the way to Angkor Wat. Start this unforgettable adventure by climbing the main entrance of the Angkor Wat and admiring the stunning sunrise over Angkor Wat and all surrounding temples. We will continue our tour and arrive at the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Angkor Thom comprises of renowned Bayon and Baphoun temples originally made up of 54 towers and 216 faces of Buddhisatva Avalokesvara. Explore Sunrise Angkor Wat Experience
We will pick you up from your hotel early morning to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. After that we start the temple tour with a license local guide. Start at the South Gate of Angkor Thom and move to the central Angkor Thom (Bayon consists 54 towers and 216 faces of Buddhisatva Avalokesvara) which was built by the Angkor’s greatest King Jayavaraman VII at the end of 12th. Visit the Terrace of Elephant which was used for the public ceremonies and served as the stage for the king’s grand audience, Terrace of leper king one of Angkor’s mysteries, the ancient Royal Palace Phimeanakas. Visit the fabulous Ta Prohm temple which is embraced by the enormous fig trees. In the afternoon visit Banteay Kdei built by the King Jayavarman VII in the late of 12th century. Beyond Angkor Wat - hidden gems to explore
This tour focuses on discovering what is hidden beyond Angkor Wat, Bayon and Ta Phrom : everybody goes to these 3 landmarks, they are easy to visit, even without a guide, by yourself. But to find hidden gems, these special places scattered through the jungle, where we can still feel the magic of the angkorian ruins, you need a guide to help you explore. It is all question of quality time : inside the jungle, out of the beaten track, special angles, beautiful lights, magic atmosphere, a touch of story-telling and plenty of time, with freedom to take time to enjoy Your exploration at Your own pace. Angkor Sunrise Bike Tour
5:00 AM You will be met our guide and driver at your accommodation, then take a short transfer to Angkor Wat in time to see the sunrise. Your guide will take you to the best spots to witness the colourful sunrise. Afterwards, you will go through the Angkor central complex and talk about the history and symbolism of the temple. Ask as many questions as possible to ensure you get the information about the place you’ll visit. 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM When you have finished discovering Angkor Wat and had breakfast, you will be met with your bike. Then start the bike tour down single trails behind Angkor Park. On your bike, you will follow tracks that take you through small villages hidden in the Angkor complex, where you’ll see a different perspective of lives surrounding the complex. From there it’s a straight cycle to discover other temples such as Angkor Thom City, Bayon Temple, Preah Khan and Ta Prohm temple better known as the Tomb Raider temple. 1:30 PM After all that crawling, you will appreciate a big traditional Cambodian meal with a large spread of local dishes. As the day heats up, we drive back to town and to your hotel. Note: Angkor temple pass is not included. Stop At: Banteay Kdei, Angkor Archaelogical Park. Banteay Kdei is also known as 'the citadel of monk's cells'. It is partially overgrown with towering, sinous trees. The silk cotton tree roots weaving their way through the stones of the ruined walls is a famously beautiful sight. Stop At: Ta Prohm. Ta Prohm is a picturesque and attractive ruin partially retaken by jungle. It is also known as 'the Tomb Raider temple', made famous by Angelina Jolie in the 2001 film. Stop At: Ta Keo, Angkor Archaeological Park. Ta Keo was never finished, and as such has a very different aspect to most of the Angkor temples. 2:45 PM PICK UP FROM YOUR HOTEL You will be picked up from your hotel on the complimentary tuk-tuk. Once you arrive at our office, your guide will set you up on the bicycle. After a brief introduction about the tour, you will take a quick ride through the somewhat busy streets of Siem Reap to get off the beaten track and ride through the beautiful villages which many visitors often miss. 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM Your first stop will be in a small village in order to take a break and to learn about local livelihoods. Along the way, you will most likely see children waving and saying hello! Through this tour, it equips you will the opportunity to interact with the locals and the lush landscape. Continuing along the dirt roads you will also stop off at local farms to understand the many ways people make a living. 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM To end the tour, we will find the perfect spot to watch the setting over the palm trees whilst washing down a cold beverage and local snacks. Angkor Bike Tour Discovery
8:00 AM PICK UP FROM YOUR HOTEL Upon you arrive at our office, you will meet our English speaking guide, then your guide will detail the tour and the use of the bicycle. 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Start the morning temple exploration at the most illustrious temple with fewer crowds. You will visit Ta Prohm which is unique in that it has been left largely as it was found- overgrown by jungle trees and vines, with many parts of the temple crumbling to the ground. This makes the so-called Tomb Raider Temple, as it was used during the filming of the movie. 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Head out to the ancient city of Angkor Thom, enter the city through the ancient Gate, an impressive stone gate carved with elephants and four giant faces. From here, continue to Bayon Temple, found in the center of the city famed as the enigmatic faces representing the 54 provinces of the Great Khmer Empire. The Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM We will take a break at lunch and stop at the local restaurant to enjoy tasteful Cambodian dishes. Cycle the floating Village & Sunset
At 9:30 am you get free pick up at the hotel You will be transferred to our office, where you will meet your guide. Here, you will be given a safety briefing, tour itinerary, and be fitted with a mountain bike and helmet. Between, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM The tour will begin by cycling down interesting dirt roads through Siem Reap’s countryside. Along with the way, your guide will lead you to local farms, and various village activities where you will learn about the everyday lives of the Cambodian villagers. After that at, 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM You will get to taste all sorts of local flavors for lunch and enjoy fresh coconuts and hammocks – this is what the village is all about. At the ends of the tour Between, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Once we reach Kompong Phluk we will walk around the area to explore the housing. The houses are built on stilts, adapted to withstand flooding, experienced during the rainy season. You will learn about daily life and the area by your guide. After exploring the village, we will take a boat and further discover the village life from the water, such as the schools, market, pagoda, etc. At the end of the day, You will return back to the city by a private vehicle. Morning Countryside Bike Tour
7:30 am pick up from your accommodation. Meet your driver and head to the bike shop to be fitted with a bike and helmet. Start your cycling to escape the bustle of city life and take a bike tour in Siem Reap's lush countryside. Cross the rural landscape and make your way into the small villages to learn how locals live, first-hand. Quad Bike Ride Explore Local Villages
We will pick you up at your hotel around 4:40 pm to bring you to the starting point of your tour where your quad Bike waiting for you ready to go. Heading out of the city using local roads and passing a traditional Khmer village and we will arrive in time at the rice paddy to watch the sunset. After the sun went down there is still enough day light to see more rice paddies with water buffalo grazing and other wildlife on the way back to the starting location of the tour. There transportation will wait for you to bring you back to your hotel. The tour is set up that even inexperienced people with quad bike have no problem to join and have fun with this experience. For insecure drivers we offer them a driving training before the experience starts.
