Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Nyrenoveret, 110 kvm moderne hus nær skov og søer.

VELKOMMEN til vores nyrenoverede og moderne gæstehus på 110 kvm, med farver på væggene, malet med miljø- og allergivenlig maling. Huset ligger tæt på skoven, som er fyldt med smukke søer, og det ligger 3 minutters køretur fra Silkeborgs smukkeste søbad, som du ser på billederne. Der hører græs + udearealer til, og huset rummer to soveværelser, en stor stue + udestue, køkken, gang, bad og toilet. Der er wifi i huset, men intet TV da vi indbyder til ro, naturoplevelser, samvær og dejlige samtaler!

Lejlighed ved havnefronten med fri parkering

En smuk udsigt over havet mod Djursland og Riis Skov. I første række og med frit udsyn ud over havet og man ser ofte træning/kapsejlads i hav området lige ude foran. Der er ganske få meter til et forfriskende hav bad ved badebroen foran Lighthouse. Boligen fremstår moderne i sit udtryk med vægge i rå beton og indeholder et toilet, køkken og spiseplads på nederste plan. På første sal er der badeværelse, soveafdeling med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stuen - der kan slås ud til 2 personer.

We offer... Your own private apartment with bedroom/living room, kitchenette and bath/toilet. Large bed with freshly ironed bed linen and cozy corner with a dining area. Own entrance through carport and access to garden. Within walking distance to Silkeborg town center (approx. 2.3 km). Non-smoking facilities throughout the register. The apartment is part of a private residence, which is why you will be able to hear a little life in the house when the hosts are at home.

Gå en tur langs promenaden, tag fiskestangen med ud på molen, hop en tur i havnebadet, se udsigten fra Lighthouse (142 m) eller spis på en af de mange nye restauranter og caféer i nærområdet. Det spændende og varierende byliv glæder de fleste.
