We have two houses on our property that have been completely renovated. We offer WIFI, laundry, a full kitchen in both homes and private bathrooms for each bedroom. We have several large gathering spaces within the homes to make treasured memories in. We offer plenty of parking and a beautiful front porch. Our property is steps away from the Charlie Major Trail with a sweet playground and a walking path along the Skaneateles Creek that bring you right to The Last Shot and Skaneateles Brewery.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.
