The OCEAN is located directly in front of this comfy condo, with no roads to cross! This is a remodeled 2nd floor 389 sq ft condo at the Symphony Beach Club. Private balcony and full kitchen no need to leave the premises. This is a DIRECT OCEAN FRONT unit with an ocean view from your private balcony.

We are located on Daytona Beach a 1 minute walk through the pool area to be on the beach. You cannot beat this ocean view. This Studio has been completely remodeled in October 2024. Enjoy the new 75" TV and the oversized comfortable chair with ottoman. The table allows for dining and also for working. Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.
