Available again after a brief break, my flat offers stunning views of the River Crouch. (The pics here were all taken from the flat.) If you’re coming to sail, to walk our miles of seawall and river paths, to birdwatch, or just to get away from it all, you won't be disappointed. Just 25 metres from the river, the flat has been lovingly renovated to the highest standard, with a modern gas boiler for hot water and central heating. This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.
