Townhouse 45 is an 18th century merchants house spread over three floors located in the Castro area of Skopelos Town, 5 minutes from harbour near the famous Church of Christos. Views of the sea, harbour and village. The house is situated in a pedestrianised area and is a short walk down to the port with its shops, bars and restaurants, or a walk up to free parking at Milos Square. We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The ground floor has been reformed to a functional 45 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Skopelos in the best way.
