Our studio apartment offers a great combination of location and relaxation.This two story apartment is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.

1 block from the main street, Stone Cottage is surrounded with gardens in a quiet neighborhood, 6 mins to downtown using Uber or Lyft. Comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom or choose the upstairs king bedroom. Just minutes from popular East Nashville eateries and sweet boutique shop! 4 Grocery stores, CVS (at end of street) the YMCA is in walking distance. 2 small dogs LIVE HERE: if you don’t like dogs please stay elsewhere. 1-night stays may bring a dog. Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. The Clever Mule is a charming home- Great Location

Charming home in a lovely neighborhood outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville and Franklin, but close enough to quickly get everywhere. Close to stores, restaurants, shopping, and freeways. This home is warm and comfortable with an open concept, walkable neighborhood and located close to everything, without the Nashville congestion. Franklin is just down the road. This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.
