This private but very accessible cabin is ideally located for enjoying the great outdoors of northern Maine through all 4 seasons. With unspoiled lake views from each bedroom and the living area, a large deck with a partial porch, and all the modern amenities, this enchanting getaway will see to all your needs. With Fort Kent, Madawaksa, Edmundston, and Saint Agatha all within 20 minutes, you will have plenty of well established towns to explore. We call it The Decompression Chamber for a reason

Reeds and Rushes Lakeside cottage sits on 5 acres on Long Lake in northern Maine in the quiet town of Saint Agatha. This quaint cottage is professionally renovated with exquisite detail. A public boat launch is a quarter mile down the road to conveniently launch your boat and bring it over to our private dock. In the winter, there is ample parking for your snowmobile trailer and access from the property to the lake trail. Unfortunately, this exceptionally clean abode does not allow pets.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The dining table accommodates 6 and 4 additional seats can be found at the kitchen island. Farm-style bathrooms feature luxury towels and amenities. There are two living rooms, 1 with a queen fold out bed. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Open concept living room (14X11) with queen size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.
