It's just minutes to the Old City and Vilano Beach and Fort Mose National Park and Museum is 3min walk within the neighborhood! In addition, it's close to all your necessities (groceries, liquor store, restaurants, fast food....etc.) and there's a huge pool to relax and cool off when your not out seeing sites :)

The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
