There are two historic pubs and a fine food shop selling locally sourced foods all within walking distance too.

This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

Come back to the wood burner in the autumn and winter and a lovely meal cooked for you at the Queens Head 10 minutes walk away. I guarantee you will want to return. Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog and please add this when you make your booking through Airbnb. Due to the nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm.

Lavenham is one of the finest examples of a medieval town in the UK. The town has over 300 buildings listed, which are of architectural and historical importance. Constable Court benefits from all modern conveniences and one private parking place. There is a free car park 5 minutes walk from the property with EV charging facilities.

It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

Lavenham is the perfect place to visit and enjoy an all year round selection of festivals and events. The appearance of the village has changed little over the years: half-timbered crooked houses lean majestically over the narrow streets.
