Enjoy area attractions such as Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, Port Kent Beach, golf, orchards, hiking and biking.

Situated on the mountain with a panoramic view, this stand alone condo - ski-on/ski-off (winter) / spectacular vistas (fall) / Mad River fun (summer) / blissful bloom (spring) - will be your home away from home. This spacious, three-floored home is filled with light and great for couples, families, business travelers, or solo adventurers. Located just above Sugarbush village, this perfectly situated home lets you make the most of your time in Warren, VT. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Ideal home for all size groups looking to experience Vermont in this charming 1800's farmhouse.

Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

The Guest House at Sky Hollow

This quiet 120 acre hilltop house on an 1800's farm turned homestead offers high speed internet, hiking and mountain bike trails, a swimming pond, X-C ski, and sauna. Only miles from renowned New England ski resorts, and featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, an open floor plan, and a small backyard right beside a brook, the guest house is quiet and private, the perfect retreat for a cozy weekend with outdoor adventures and creature comforts!

Mad River Lookout

A unique way to experience Vermont and the Mad River Valley. This two floor deck house on 2+ acres offers mountain views, welcoming spaces and picturesque surroundings. An excellent match for skiers, hikers, as well as those looking simply to detach and unwind. A king sized sleigh bed in the master bedroom with views to the mountains, and sleeps 7 overall. 15 minutes to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen and The Long Trail. 35 minutes to Stowe Village.
