Located away from the hustle and bustle within short walking distance to calm bay beaches and rock pools at low tide. Relax on our large elevated back deck with BBQ and table setting, or at garden level in our new lounge zone. 5-10 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, Moto GP track, amazing surf beaches and the central Cowes area.

Little Penguin House has had a makeover - new en suite, polished floors & double glazed windows throughout. Offering relaxed sophistication with two large decks and well appointed rooms - all set in an enchanting garden with beautiful sea views. A perfect getaway for friends, couples & families. Close to the Penguin Parade, bay & surf beaches, the Grand Prix Circuit and Phillip Island Winery. Five minutes to the general store. Minimum bookings - 7 nights in December, January & for MotoGP

Hobsons Cabin - Perfect for couples or singles.

Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Beach 100m - Seahaven Escape

Location 100m stroll to a safe swimming beach, grassy foreshore and Phillip Island’s only all day dog beach. Our older two storey cozy home is set on a large block featuring modern open plan living - galley kitchen, lounge, dining room, under covered balcony and main bedroom upstairs. Downstairs has a large open plan rumpus/bedroom - an ideal kids hangout. One bathroom/toilet/laundry, garage and secure backyard. Seahaven Escape is great for couples, families, pets and friendship groups

Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

Secluded Ventnor getaway.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
