Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Great unit for 2 people or 4. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in Sydney. This is a great location, central to downtown Sydney, Sydney River, and Membertou. This home has been newly renovated and features all the amenities of home, all hardwood and cushion floors, lots of natural light and a babbling brook in the expansive back yard. There is a small apartment in a section of the basement. Everything is separate and nothing is shared except the driveway. Note: Only small non shedding dogs due to allergies
